Capital improvements to Arnold Park. A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of $75 will be required for each set of plans and specifications, which are available at the address above. Bids require a 5% bid bond. Contracts awarded through this bid process will require Payment and Performance Bonds in 100% of the contract amount.
