Mandatory Walkthrough May 7
The State of California Military Department will accept sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on May 27, 2009 from qualified bidders, who attended the Mandatory Job Walk on May 7, 2009 at 11:00 am, offering to provide equipment, materials, labor, licenses, bonds and insurance required to replace the existing windows, remove and replace two (2) existing vault doors, repair and coat the existing built up roof system and repair and paint the existing exterior concrete walls at the California National Guard Armory located at 624 Carlson Boulevard, Richmond, California in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contracting Officer's Representative is Major Bryan Keels, (925) 321-6997. All drawings associated with this IFB will be available at the mandatory job walk. Contractors are encouraged to reserve a copy of the plans to be delivered at that time by calling (916) 854-3619 and requesting a copy.
