The Adjutant General's Department is planning a Masonry Renovation at the National Guard Armory. The masonry improvements will allow for rehabilitation of the building that was constructed several years ago that
now has severe deteriorating brick and mortar on the building exterior. The Armory has approximately 13,800 square feet of office space, conference rooms, storage rooms, mechanical rooms and circulation space. The facility is more than45 years old and settlement, spalling and general degradation of the building masonry system has occurred. Improvements to the exterior masonry are needed to protect the structural integrity of the building and improve the overall training environment for our soldiers and our employees.
