The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, on behalf of Butler VA Healthcare, anticipates the award of a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Armored Car Services. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
Please see the attached solicitation 36C244-18-Q-0096 for additional information regarding this requirement. This requirement is set-aside for small business.

The government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for five (5) years. The period of performance is January 2, 2018 through January 1, 2023.

Award will be conducted utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method considering price, technical capabilities and past performance. Please see the attached solicitation for Performance Work Statement (PWS), terms and conditions. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 561613 Armored Car with a size standard of $20.5 Million.
In order to be eligible to receive a government award, the offeror must currently be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. In addition, online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) must also be current to qualify to receive a contract award. Offeror may register with CCR at www.sam.gov.

All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. All responsible offerors are invited to submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offerors to check the FBO website periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation SOURCE: https://www.fbo.gov/.
