This is a request for proposal. This procurement is to provide ARMED SECURITY GUARD SERVICES to include HARBOR PATROL SERVICES for Naval Magazine Indian Island, Port Hadlock, Washington. This requirement is performance based.
The solicitation number for this procurement is N44255-14-R-9021 and is open for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 561612.
The solicitation utilizes source selection procedures which require offerors to submit technical information, past performance, experience information, and a price proposal for evaluation by the Government. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.
This acquisition will result in one Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract term will be a base period of one year with four one year option periods, for a total contract performance period not to exceed five years.
This contract will replace contract N44255-09-D-5000, awarded in 2009 for similar services. Information about the current contract and the incumbent contractor (e.g., value of last option exercised, firm name, address, etc.) is included in the solicitation package.
