This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with notice. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Acquisition and is set aside for Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 531320, Offices of Real Estate Appraisers, the small business size standard is $7.5 million average annual income.
BACKGROUND: The United States of America acting through the USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), is considering purchasing conservation easements to assist the landowners in restoring, protecting and enhancing wetlands throughout Texas. This land may be placed under a conservation easement through the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program Wetland Reserve Easement Component (ACEP-WRE).
SCOPE OF WORK: All area-wide market analysis (AWMAs) completed for ACEP-WRE must comply with the attached Statement of Work and instructions provided by NRCS. The purpose of the AWMA is to provide the fair market value of the land for the land use types typically enrolled in ACEPWRE in the market areas identified by NRCS found in the Statement of Work.
