Area Recreation Consortium Replacement Server
- This RFP has a location requirement.
Vendor to furnish and install replacement server with minimum 50 GB operating system partition and minimum 750GB data partition with RAID 1 or RAID 5 data protection scheme, with 8 GB RAM for existing Microsoft Active directory domain. Domain currently uses Comcast as IS , with Prevx Firewall in use. Vendor to provide sufficient professional services to integrate new server into existing domain, transfer all FSMO roles, setup DHCP, DNS and other required minimum server services, reconfigure firewall for internet use, provide screenshots of current configuration when completed, along with all usernames, password and service account usernames and passwords that are established, especially the active directory restore password on the new server. Vendor will provide initial orientation and training on backup procedure/process, and provide client with in person backup/test restore of data prior to project completion. Vendor to select and install new antivirus product for server (and possibly four LAN pc's), and provide client with all licensing and renewal information.
RFP specifically EXCLUDES any LAN client PC work, expect for required work to support new networked printer(s) and clients line of Business application (RecTrac). Malware removal/antivirus cleaning of LAN pc's (if needed) to be billed separately and at prevailing rate>
