The A/E team will focus primarily on the three major items identified: life safety, accessibility and aesthetics. This would include concerns in the walkways, stairways, ramps, guardrails, handrails, etc. The City reserves the right to adjust the scope of the project by adding to or deleting items of work at the City’s sole discretion.
