Architectural consultant services

Provide consultation and design services as requested for miscellaneous projects that could include but not be limited to, repair/maintenance projects, remodels/additions, new construction, cost estimating, pre-design, design, bid, construction administration services, infrastructure improvements, feasibility studies and assistance in the preparation of capital projects funding requests for the legislative funding process for a College. Typical projects will have a MACC of $5,000 to $1,000,000.
