East Cambridgeshire Council (The Council) wishes to engage the services of a professional design team to
assist in the delivery of a new leisure centre in Ely. Bidders will determine the mix and range of skills required but it is expected that the following core elements will be required; architect, quantity surveyor, mechanical and electrical engineer, structural engineer.
