Architectural and Site Design Services
The City of Norwalk (The City) is soliciting proposals (Request For Proposal/RFPs) from qualified
Architectural / engineering Firms to provide comprehensive architectural, engineering and landscape
architectural design services, including the preparation of the plans, specifications and project oversight for
the demolition and site restoration of the Old Police Headquarters facility, located at 297 West Avenue,
within Mathews Park. The design for the restoration of the site shall be in accordance with the Mathews
Park Master Plan and consistent with the historic character of the Park and surrounding property. The
estimated budget for these professional services is $25K to $30K. Your firm is invited to provide a proposal
for these services. On the pages to follow, are the requirements that specifically apply to this project.
