Architectural and Engineering Services for Elevator Modernization
Non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit 04/14/2010.
The County desires to select an architectural and engineering firm (hereinafter referred to as A/E firm) to
provide professional services to program, design, prepare plans and specifications, provide construction
administration for an elevator modernization project. This project will include modernization of the elevators mechanical equipment, code compliance and
ADA compliance. The successful firm will become an integral team member for all aspects of the project.
