Architectural and Engineering Services
You are invited to submit proposals for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Bradley Square
Project which will consist of the renovation and restoration of the Denniston building, an existing
historic building into one (1) office and one (1) meeting space for non-profit organizations and one (1)
residential unit, and the construction of two (2) new buildings including the Bradley I building with one
(1) commercial unit and five (5) residential units (including two (2) live/work units) and the Bradley II
building with four (4) residential units. See attached schematic designs and elevations, site plan, and
special permits from the Marthas Vineyard Commission and the Oak Bluffs Zoning Board of Appeals.
