Architectural and Engineering Services
Services shall include design, construction contract administration, interior furnishings & equipment design, site civil design, site survey, Plan of Development, site lighting and landscape plan for the new facility. The work will also include all necessary architectural and engineering services to apply for LEED Certification for the project with the USGBC (U. S. Green Building Council).
