This is a solicitation for qualifications via the FAA SF330 for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for Site Surveys and Construction Packages (documents) for the replacement of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Towers at the following locations:

Winterhaven, CA (Araz-Winterhaven)
Cactus City, CA (Cactus City)
Warroad, MN (Warroad)
East Cameron, TX (Abney)
Republic, WA (Klondike)

Offerors are advised this is a requirement for A&E services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The actual demolition and construction of new towers is NOT part of this requirement. Offerors proposing these activities within their proposal may be determined ineligible based on a failure to understand the requirement.

The FAA contemplates a qualification-based single award for all five sites.

See attached Phase I Solicitation Information Request (SIR) Combined Synopsis for more information.
