Architectural Services for New Public Safety Facility
The Firm should review the Program as prepared by Solutions for Local Government, Inc. The
selected Firm shall work with County staff to determine the feasibility of the
recommendations and convert these findings into a satisfactory construction design.
Firm shall supply complete design and construction services including schematic
design, design development, construction documents, bidding services, construction
administration and possibly project management.
Once the schematic design and construction estimate is complete, the Firm will make a
presentation to the County Board of Commissioners and the Board will make a
determination at that time to either move forward with the project or delay it until a later
date.
