Architectural Services City of Union Point
The City of Union Point is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an architectural services firm with a strong record in successfully designing and constructing Transportation Enhancement (TE) projects that involve a historic property. Responding firms should be technically qualified and licensed to provide design, inspection, and administrative services using federal, state and local funds. Responding firms shall be approved as a Prequalified Consultant with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), specifically in the area of Historic Rehabilitation (Area Class 3.14).
