Architectural Services, Renovation and Addition Projects
To obtain qualifications from architecture firms to provide complete architectural design services for various
school renovation and addition construction projects for Phase I of the RSMP. Please note:
• This RFQ will be the sole qualifying process for all of Phase 1.
• Firms shortlisted through this qualifications process will receive the Requests for Proposals (RFP)
developed for the initial five projects in February, 2011 (estimated).
• Firms not shortlisted through this RFQ will not receive RFPs for the initial projects or for any Phase I
project.
