Architectural Services
The City is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide architectural services for the renovation of the first floor of the old administration building in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained in the Request for Qualifications. The City is seeking SOQs from qualified architectural firms to perform the RFQ Scope of Services. All related architectural/engineering services (roofing consultants, structural engineering, material assessment/analysis, etc.) are to be included within the scope of services and shall be included with the negotiated fee for services as required.
