Architectural Services
The selected architectural firm will be responsible for reviewing existing conditions, design alternatives,
and developing the most suitable solution for the renovation. The Owner has engaged the services of
a professional firm to develop a program and as-built documentation for this project. The successful
Architectural firm will validate and incorporate the Program into their design. The firm should have the
expertise, experience, and depth of support staff to meet the project schedule.
