Architectural Services
The University requests firm’s qualifications for Architectural and Engineering Design Services for a renovation project located on the Health Science Center campus. The selected firm will be expected to implement a well-coordinated design process that will result in a welcoming, flexible office environment in the existing Professional Building that meets the academic goals of the University and is consistent with the programming document. The renovation may range from a partial to a full interior renovation of the existing 28,662 gross square foot building for administrative functions within Student Affairs and Academic Admissions. While it is anticipated this project will consist of primarily an interior renovation, the final work scope may include limited exterior building envelope repair. This RFQ covers the design, bidding assistance and construction administration phases. The firm’s submittal to the RFQ will be the basis of determining the competence and qualifications to perform the design services as required by the proposed project.
