The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses from qualified respondents to provide architectural services to the City. Upon the completion of
the response review process, the City intends to enter into direct negotiations with the
most qualified respondent resulting in a continuing contract for an initial twelve (12)
month period. Prior to completion of the initial term of the continuing contract, the City
shall have the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional twelve (12) month
period(s).
