Architectural Programming and Specialized Peer Review Services
The San Francisco Department of Public Works seeks qualifications for Programming & Peer Review services for the San Francisco Police Dept. Forensic Services Division and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Services of the Programming & Peer Review Team include preparing an architectural program for a joint facility and conducting peer reviews of the various documents that the Developer submits to the City, and related support services.
The subcontracting goals for this project is 8% local certified LBE. This RFQ is subject to the new Chapter 14B requirements and proposers should review the facsimile copy of the legal notice and RFQ documents for additional information.
