Architectural Design and Services for the Commercial Rehabilitation Program

The City of Miramar proposes to identify highly qualified licensed Architects who can provide services for the commercial rehabilitation program, which is funded by the federal government (CDBG) for the City of Miramar. Licensed Architects with significant experience in executing projects will receive consideration to join the Architect Pool.
Upon review of the qualifications and acceptance to the Architect Pool, firms will be short-listed as projects become available. In addition, the Successful Offeror(s) may be asked to execute Continuing Services agreements.
