Architectural Design and Development Services Greene County Main Street Revitalization Program
Greene County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide Architectural Design, Technical Assistance and Main Street Development Services for the Greene County Main Street Revitalization Program (MSRP). Anticipated services may include: architectural design drawings for full faade restorations; provision of construction scopes of works for faade renovations or other eligible main street projects; technical assistance for building owners, Main Street organizations, not-for-profits, municipalities and county staff in accordance with local, state and Federal rules and regulations; and the creation of one or more Main Street Development Strategies during the course of the contract.
