The District, on behalf of Community College, wishes to renovate an existing two story unoccupied multiple screen movie theatre building into a New Performing Arts District of approximately 32,770 square feet. Only a portion of this
building is expected to be remodeled within the provided budget. The District intends to construct this project using a Construction Manager at Risk delivery system. The CM@R will be selected shortly after consultant selection.
