Architectural Design Services for Visual Arts Building Program Study
Purchase College is soliciting proposals for architectural design services at the Visual Arts Building. The study will address all aspects of the Buildings operations, management and use as a contemporary collegiate academic facility as outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
Project Description -- To execute a comprehensive program study of the School of Art & Design, located in the Visual Arts Building at Purchase College. The investigation will address the project scope and project budget, as well as assess overall feasibility of rehabilitating the structure for adaptive reuse in a manner consistent with all applicable codes, regulations, and accreditation standards. The investigation will address all aspects of the Buildings operations, management and use as a contemporary collegiate academic facility.
Pre-Bid Proposal Meeting and Walk-thru: There will be a pre-Bid Proposal Meeting at 10:00 AM on July 21, 2009 in the Buffer room in the Administration Building at Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, New York 10577-1402.
