The City of Kingston (herein referred to as the city) is requesting submissions from
qualified consultants in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for engineering design
services for two international size natural turf soccer fields and a washroom building at
John Machin Park located at Innovation Drive and John Marks Ave in St. Lawrence
Business Park on Hwy 15 south of Hwy 401.
