Architectural Design Services Commercial Improvement Program - RFP 1202
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside (Agency) is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to perform architectural design services on an as-needed basis for various exterior commercial building improvement projects. The selected firm will prepare architectural design and construction drawings for exterior improvements to commercial buildings as provided by the Commercial Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP offers business/property owners the opportunity to rehabilitate existing commercial buildings. CIP participants receive an initial grant of $3,000 for architectural design.
