Architectural Design Services

The City is requesting submissions from
qualified consultants in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for engineering design
services for two international size natural turf soccer fields and a washroom building.
Once the concept design has been agreed on, the consultant shall complete the design,
specifications, construction drawings, and follow through with the project administration
and inspection.
The city wishes to provide two additional fields to their inventory of soccer fields to help
meet the demand by user groups and also allow existing fields to have a satisfactory rest
period between uses. The city wishes for these fields to be designed and built to the
highest industry standards and be the citys premier soccer fields.
In addition to the two soccer fields, the city will also be constructing a washroom facility
on the site.
