The City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms, licensed in the State of California, to provide landscape architectural and graphic design services for the preparation of conceptual design of aesthetics for the PCH/Aviation Boulevard Improvements. Aesthetic elements include gateway signs,
landscaping, medians, street and pedestrian lights, bicycle facilities, colored art work panels, bus benches and trash containers. A Final Report from the PCH/AVIATION Aesthetics Subcommittee outlining the conceptual design elements is attached to this Request for Proposal.
