Architectural / Engineering Services - Town of Elon Public Library
The Town of Elon, North Carolina, Board of Aldermen is seeking qualified architectural firms for the design of a Public Library in the Town of Elon. The Town of Elon Board of Aldermen plans to undertake a building project to construct a new branch Library in the Elon community. At this time, the funds have been appropriated for the planning and design phase only. Construction will be based upon appropriation of funds during the upcoming fiscal year which begins in July 2009.
The Town of Elon (Town) hereby solicits and is inviting interested and qualified firms (Architectural Firms) to submit statements of qualifications for professional architectural/engineering services from architectural firms licensed to practice architectural services in North Carolina and experienced in the planning, design, and construction of public library facilities.
The services solicited by this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will include a full range of basic and specialty professional services as outlined in the scope of services. The selected offeror will perform the design and layout of the standard library areas.
