Downstate Technology Center, Inc., seeks proposals for design of a Core Facility Room at its Biotechnology Incubator in Brooklyn, NY. The Core Facility Room will house common equipment for use by Incubator tenant companies including an autoclave, dishwasher, ice maker and water purification system. Design will include review of existing systems to determine whether upgrades are necessary to support this equipment. Experience designing / building biotechnology laboratories is required.
