The PORTLAND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (PDC or Commission), the urban renewal agency for the City of Portland, Oregon is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced firms for the provision of Architectural Engineering Services for a pedestrian bridge crossing NW Station Place Way and the Portland Terminal Railroad at One Waterfront Place in Portland, Oregon. PDC intends to award one (1) exclusive contract to the successful proposer in connection with this Request for Proposals (RFP).
