Architectural/Engineering Services
Services to be performed: Construction for the remodel of approximately 11,000 square feet along with approximately 25,000 square feet of outdoor compound space. This facility was originally constructed in 1969. The remodel should be energy efficient as is practical and possible. The facility should be designed to LEED Silver, however formal certification will not be sought at this time. The District intends to construct this project using a construction manager at risk delivery system. The design consultant will be selected shortly before CMAR selection.
