Architectural/Engineering Services
Community College desires to contract with successful proposers with expertise and capabilities to provide architectural/engineering services, on as needed basis for smaller-scale capital improvement construction projects. The scope of work may include but not limited to site analysis, existing condition review, interaction with users to establish needs, space programming, design, schedule development, construction document, cost estimates, construction administration services.
