Architectural/Engineering Services
The Board of Education hereby requests proposals from
qualified professional architectural and engineering firms who would be interested in providing
services to the District to design and engineer all phases of a project(s) for the construction,
demolition, alteration, repair, and/or reconstruction of an intended capital improvement
project(s) at High School, Primary School, Intermediate
School, Middle School, Wooster School, Beach Education Center and/or the Office
of the Board of Education. In addition to traditional architect and engineering services, the
District will require master planning/evaluation, pre-bond levy designing, project planning and
other services in collaboration with the construction manager.
