Architectural/Engineering Assessment and Planning Services

The scope of services shall include matters related to providing architectural/engineering services for site and building space, utilization, and systems assessments, concept design, and an opinion of total project costs and timeline for the renovation and expansion of an existing library building and site located in the downtown area of Bloomfield and that has limited land availability and has access and flooding issues.
