Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services. This requirement will include basic services from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Administration (CA), including cost estimating and bid phase services for the renovation/expansion of a Conference Room, including minor alterations to the Associate Director Suite and a new design for a small break room. The spaces included herein are located on the 5th floor of the JW Powell Building, 12201 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20192. The anticipated period of performance will be 12 months.
