The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) hereby requests QUALIFICATIONS from qualified firms that will support the Architectural & Engineering Services as well as other required studies necessary for multiple projects. The projects may include, but not be limited to, master design, all engineering disciplines, architectural design and construction management.
