Architect and Engineering Services for a Preliminary Architectural Review
The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract through
competitive negotiation for Architect and Engineering Services for a Preliminary Architectural Review (PAR) and
design of renovations for the Public Safety and Jail complex located at 16 South Franklin Street and 1 East Main
Street for the County of Montgomery County, Virginia herein after referred to as County. This will consist of
the current courthouse, the jail, the sheriffs offices and the County Annex Building.
