Architect and Engineering Services Major Construction
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction & Facilities Management is conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 to determine if private sector engineering and construction industry sources are available and capable of meeting CFM's stated need for the following requirements. The NAICS code is 541330.
1. complete program/project support(including Project Review Board (PRB) process), including cradle-to-grave management of government funding;
2. complete design and design review support (including feasibility studies and design reviews and Design, Construction Evaluations(DCEs) );
3. complete major construction, renovation, repair, historical restoration and environmental abatement for medical facilities and cemetery site infrastructure;
4. real estate services for major leases;
5. completed pre-award and award acquisition assistance including government contracting officer and contract specialist support, development of acquisition and source selection plans, sources sought notices, contract solicitation of offers (SFO) documents, VA requirements review prior to issuing the SFO, receiving/evaluating offers, negotiations, and reviewing VA requirements prior to award; and
6. complete post-award contract administration support including government contracting officer, government contracting officer representative and technical support for contract modifications(including claims analysis with cost, schedule and risk analysis support), contract payment, contract enforcement; daily contract quality assurance and contract closeout.
