Architect and Engineering Professional Services
The College is seeking a qualified firm to provide miscellaneous professional architect and engineer services for a project located in East to Northeast Texas. The successful firm will provide professional services on a per-project basis. The scope of work may include professional services generally described as, but not limited to: * Interior Modifications and Renovations including Programming * Exterior Restorations and Waterproofing * Calculating loads, right sizing and renovating electrical services and installations * Calculating loads, right sizing and renovating mechanical services and installations * Life Safety System design * Signage and Wayfinding * Maintenance Projects * Remodel and renovation for re-purposing space * Designing and specifying furnishings and equipment for both lecture and technical lab space
