Architect & Engineering Services for Renovation Design Services
Description: The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office has an on-going requirement for Architect/Engineer (A&E) Services to perform designs, construction plans and drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, building assessments, and other related studies. Reclamation is seeking A&E services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract over a five-year performance period with a guaranteed minimum ordering obligation of $100,000 over the five-year performance. The total maximum cumulative contract dollar value over the 5-year ordering period will be capped at $625,000. The estimated start of the contract is February 2015 and the estimated completion date is February 2020. This Pre-solicitation Notice provides interested firms with information regarding Reclamation's requirement and areas to address when responding. Please see the attached Request for Qualifications document and Past Performance Questionnaire. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541330 - Engineering Services which has a small business size standard of $14 million.
