The primary objective for this project is to identify on a needs basis what capital projects must or need to be addressed in the next 3-10 years in the priority they should be addressed and the estimated costs of said projects. Including the following but not limited to: security
roof
windows, doors, walls, stairwells etc
North Parking lot entrance for handicap access/lift
Flooring, carpeting, tile etc
all bathrooms not upgraded
HVAC digital control for whole building chiller, hot deck, UV filter, etc
Parking lot lighting
elevators
electrical, data and voice wiring
led lighting improvements
aesthetic improvements
other as determined by alternates (at the pre-bid meeting)
