Architect/Engineer Consulting Services - Hennepin Technical College, Brooklyn Park and Eden Prairie Boilers Replacement
The State of Minnesota, acting through its Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and
Universities, on behalf of Hennepin Technical College College, hereinafter referred to as MnSCU,
intends to retain a design team to provide architectural and engineering consulting services for the design
and construction of the Boilers Replacement Project to be constructed on the campuses of Hennepin
Technical College in Brooklyn Park and Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
This Project includes the design and construction of major improvements to the Colleges heating
systems. The project will be done in phases, as follows:
Phase 1A Design and construction for boilers replacement at the Brooklyn Park campus
Phase 1B Design for boilers replacement at the Eden Prairie campus
Phase 2 Construction for boilers replacement at the Eden Prairie campus
