Archaeological Resources Assessments for the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund
The Water Supply Division of the State of Vermont requires recipients of Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRF) loans for water supply construction projects to consider effects on historical and archeological resources their project may have. The Contractor shall review proposed projects in accordance with the provisions of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (Attachment A) between the State and VT State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO) regarding administration of the Vermont Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund, dated November 18, 2008.
