The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain the services of a qualified certified public accounting firm, legal firm or other qualified firm to provide arbitrage rebate calculation services, to enable the District to comply with Federal tax laws relating to the rebate of arbitrage earnings on tax-exempt bonds issued by the District.
