Aquatic Center Heat Recovery

The work includes removal of the existing heat recovery system at the Bellevue Aquatic Center and replacing it with a new hydronic coil heat recovery system assisted by a 45 ton heat pump unit. The Scope of the demolition includes removal of existing heat recovery Coils (RC1, RC2 and RC3), Heat Recovery Pump PP-1, expansion tank (ET-1), control valves, ductwork, plastic piping and associated accessories.
