THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the equipment listed below for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS). The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 & 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112.

Olympus brand name or equal:

12 each: Instrument sterilization tray APTIMAX STERRAD 22 L x 3 B> D x 10W (Olympus 13839)
24 each: APTIMAX STERRAD Sterilization Tray Mat 22 L x 3 B> D x 10W (Olympus 99239)

Potential offerors having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Arlene A. Blade at arlene.blade@va.gov no later than 1:00 PM (CST) May 23, 2018. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; socio-economic size (If your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran
Owned Small Business, you must be CERTIFIED in VetBiz (see internet site: http://vip.vetbiz.gov); point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; suggested equipment information including manufacturer, model and delivery schedule; whether equipment is presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. Responses must include any documentation that includes certification to distribute the product. NAICS Code 339112 and Small Business Size Standard 1000 employees are applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed to Arlene A. Blade via e-mail.

The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time.
